Our portal may reference external links (such as international accreditation bodies or courier tracking portals including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or transit policies of third-party organizations.

5. User Responsibility & Sample Submission

When submitting testing inquiries, intake forms, or sample packages to our Frankfurt, Hong Kong, or São Paulo receptions:

• You warrant that all information provided (such as client email, batch labels, and declared compound details) is truthful and accurate;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your sample shipments comply with all relevant local, regional (e.g. EU intra-community/customs, Mercosur), and international shipping regulations;
• In accordance with blind testing protocols, samples may be tested under anonymized alphanumeric tracking codes.

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our public Certificate of Analysis (COA) lookup portal for legitimate product verification, quality assurance, and analytical authentication purposes.

9. Restrictions & Anti-Abuse Rules

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract Certificate records using automated bots, crawlers, or unauthorized scripts;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the web application or backend database schema;
• Modify, frame, or replicate any portion of this portal without explicit written consent from Zenith BioChemical Laboratories;
• Use this portal to transmit malicious payloads, harmful code, or automated denial-of-service attempts.

10. Security & Anti-Counterfeiting Rules

Forging, altering, manipulating, or falsely issuing Certificate of Analysis documents bearing the Zenith BioChemical name, logo, or accredited seals (DAkkS, HKAS, INMETRO) is strictly illegal. Any detected counterfeit certificates or fraudulent serial lookup attempts will be investigated and reported to law enforcement authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.

Authorized laboratory chemists and administrative staff must maintain strict confidentiality of their access credentials and multi-factor authentication tokens. You are solely responsible for any activity performed under your authenticated session.

All trademarks, domain names, UI designs, analytical methodologies, chromatography rendering engines, text, graphics, and software code on this website belong exclusively to Zenith BioChemical Laboratories or its licensors. All rights reserved.

If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to our portal and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.

While we strive for continuous 99.9% uptime of our certificate verification services, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical interruptions may occasionally occur. We are not liable for temporary downtime, queue delays, or unforeseen telecommunications disruptions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith BioChemical Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance upon analytical reports beyond our testing fee contract value.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing the respective regional contracting entity (German Law for European orders, Hong Kong SAR Law for APAC orders, and Brazilian Law for Latin American orders). Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate regional commercial jurisdiction.
