Form Intake Manifest
Generate your online order code (e.g. ZBL-INTAKE-XXXXXX) or print your submission manifest.
Primary & Secondary Cushioning
Wrap vials in bubble wrap or plastic cryo-tubes to prevent physical shock and crush damage.
Thermal Protection
Lyophilized peptides are ambient-stable; include frozen gel packs only for pre-reconstituted liquids.
Express Dispatch
Ship via SF Express (HK local) or DHL/FedEx (international) to our Science Park Phase 3 hub.
Packaging Matrix by Sample Physical Form
Different chemical matrices have distinct physical resilience during courier handling. Follow the specific packaging configuration corresponding to your sample type:
Lyophilized Peptide Vials
Most Common- Seal Inspection: Ensure aluminum crimp seal and rubber butyl stopper are intact and unbroken.
- Padding: Place each vial inside an individual bubble pouch or 50 mL centrifuge tube lined with foam.
- Temperature: Highly stable at ambient temperature (15°C – 28°C) for up to 14 days in transit. No ice packs required for standard lyophilized cakes.
- Minimum Quantity: 1 single intact vial per testing panel (e.g. 5 mg – 15 mg).
Raw Chemical / API Powders
Bulk Powders- Primary Container: Screw-cap amber glass or polypropylene micro-tube with airtight gasket.
- Secondary Containment: Double seal inside two heavy-duty polyethylene ziplock bags to eliminate puncture risk.
- Desiccant: Include a small food-grade silica gel pack to prevent atmospheric moisture absorption.
- Minimum Quantity: 20 mg – 50 mg dry powder.
Aqueous / Reconstituted Solutions
Cold Chain Required- Vessel: Cryovials with internal silicone O-ring gasket. Parafilm wrap around the threaded cap.
- Thermal Envelope: Pack within an insulated foil pouch accompanied by 2 to 3 pre-frozen gel ice packs.
- Shipping Speed: Select Express Next-Day service (e.g. DHL Express Worldwide) to avoid weekend holding.
- Minimum Quantity: 0.5 mL – 1.0 mL solution.
Blinded / Anonymized Samples
Double-Blind Protocol- Labeling: Affix a self-adhesive label with your chosen alphanumeric code (e.g. "SAMPLE-ALPHA-01").
- Masking: Cover commercial branding or manufacturer names with opaque tape if desired.
- Manifest Matching: Ensure the alphanumeric label matches the exact code entered into your online intake manifest.
- Independence Guarantee: Our chemists only see the randomized code until testing is complete.
International Customs Declaration Guidance
When shipping samples internationally (from North America, Europe, Australia, or mainland Asia) to our Hong Kong facility, proper customs declaration on your air waybill (AWB) prevents unnecessary courier customs holding or quarantine delays.
